b-pack (business pack) is a company that was started by Julien Nadeau, a french engineer who wanted to build a purchase-to-pay solution and market to the USA from Atlanta, GA.
I was just out of Kennesaw State University and I was looking for my first Digital Marketing experience in the US. I had the chance to meet the company’s COO and became #3 employee.
With no budget or Digital Marketing baseline, I quickly realize I had to be a one-man marketing department in charge of SEO, Web Redesign, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing and much more.
I even had to do Event marketing but the ROI was hard to measure so I pivoted my focus on Digital and it paid off. A few years later the company had about 50 employees and was sold to Determine and then Corcentric.
