I joined the team as the first Digital Marketing expert. The good thing about Greenway is that they already had a strong Market Research team so it was all about porting that knowledge into a brand new site to educate our audience on the latest healthcare regulations like ICD-10 and the Affordable Care Act, and how our solutions could help accelerate speed to care.
My first project was to redesign the website in 6 months with a $250,000 budget. Once the executive team saw I delivered a brand new website focusing on lead generation through better content marketing, they gave me a chance to build my own team. I hired a social media manager, and content writer and a web developer.
From there we were able to expand our PPC strategy and improve our SEO, leading to better Inbound Marketing.
