
Successful companies nurture their leads using segmented campaigns
I’ve had the chance to implement long-term emailing strategy for several successful companies. The main goals have always been the same: nurturing leads, generating web traffic and boosting revenues.
I have been using techniques such as A/B Testing in order to test different criteria to improve open rate, CTR (Click Through rate), and conversion rate.
Criteria include delivery date and time, subject line, segmentation based on industry, position, interests and engagements, but also content and design.
